Lovely day spa - always a treat.
Did some 'smart working' with a colleague of mine in the lobby before enjoying a yummy lunch.
Staff are friendly and more than obliging.
Unfortunately, the wellness centre is only open for a few hours each day and the sensory shower has been out-of-action for many months now.
All-in-all, a wonderful experience, which is why we keep coming back.
The perfect way to relax after a horribly hot summer is a week in September to the thermal baths. There are plenty in northern Italy, but my favorite is in the Veneto region (the region of Venice, Padua, etc). Abano Terme is one the best locations. People are very friendly and the spas offer numerous treatments. This hotel has its own spa with thermal waters, a variety of parkours, very comfy rooms and great food and service. Not very expensive either. Lots of German guests. Will shoot a video of the spas in the next few days. Don’t understand people writing that there’s no air conditioning. I’m sprawled on my bed right now with A/C blowing. Ask the concierge if you don’t know how to operate it!
Welcoming and helpful staff, modern building and serves really excellent food! We went with a disabled person and everything went perfectly.. From the moment we arrived, during our stay until the moment we left.
Special mention to Grazia, Gianni, Roberto and the woman working at the breakfast/restaurant area (forgot to ask for her name) for being very hands on with us.

All went completely fine. Good food, nice rooms and the staff is also very friendly and engaged, especially Alfredo. Alltough the stressful workingroutine, he allways has a smile on his face and wants to make sure his guests have a nice stay. I'm also sure he is a good fellow cyclist and i wish him all the best for his future!
We've been to Harrys many times. This visit was not so good. The food was not as expected. We seemed to have a server with an attitude. It did appear that she was not pleased that we didn't take her suggestion to order the nightly fish …
lovely hotel and great prices. the pools are amazing and very relaxing. i recommend this hotel, been there twice and can't wait to go again. the staff are friendly and most speak english.
We stayed only one day and no nights (Spa day). The 3 pools are very nice, and so is the wellness center. The staff was kind and glad to answer all of our questions.
One of best thermal pool's hotel, room are pretty old and internet... target it. Food is good too
